Approving Posts from Your Phone

When SM Studio drafts a post for your account, you can receive an approval email with a secure link. Open it on your phone or computer. No login required.

The link shows you pending posts and lets you approve or reject each one.

Approval emails are available on accounts where the feature has been enabled. If you do not see approval emails, contact support to turn them on for your workspace.

Each approval link contains a unique token tied to your workspace. Links expire after a set number of days (default 14, up to 90). Once expired or revoked by an admin, the link stops working. The raw token is shown only once when the link is created and cannot be recovered.
