Effective May 27, 2026 · RevenueHQ by Plowman Capital LLC
RevenueHQ (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a marketing intelligence platform operated by Plowman Capital LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We connect your existing marketing tools — Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, your CRM, phone and messaging systems, and social platforms — and aggregate that data into a single dashboard. We do not sell your data, ever.
Account information. When you create a RevenueHQ account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and (if applicable) billing information. You authenticate via email and password, or Google OAuth. Passwords are stored as one-way salted hashes — we never see or store your password in plain text.
Integration data. When you connect a third-party service (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, Calendly, Zoho CRM, Stripe, QuickBooks, and social platforms), we retrieve data from those services on your behalf -- ad performance metrics, booking records, CRM contacts, and transaction data. This data is stored in your RevenueHQ workspace and used to power your dashboard and Cannon AI.
Usage data. We collect information about how you use RevenueHQ: pages visited, features used, Cannon chat transcripts, and session metadata. This helps us improve the product.
Technical data. IP address, browser type, device type, and access timestamps, collected automatically when you use the service.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (see “Subprocessors” below).
We share data with third-party service providers solely to deliver the RevenueHQ platform. For the complete list, see the subprocessors table on our Security page. Key providers include:
When you connect integrations (Google, Meta, Zoho, Calendly, QuickBooks, social platforms, etc.), those providers receive data as described in the integrations-you-connect section of our Security page.
We require all subprocessors to maintain appropriate security standards and process your data only as directed by us.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your workspace data within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
Integration data (ad performance, CRM records, etc.) is retained in your workspace as long as you have an active account. You can disconnect integrations at any time from Settings, which stops future sync. Historical data is retained until account deletion.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@revenuehq.ai.
If you are located in California, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its “sale” (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
You sign in with email and password or Google. Integrations connect via OAuth or app credentials and may include write access you authorize (e.g. publishing posts, managing ad campaigns, updating CRM stages). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest by our infrastructure provider. For a full description of our security practices, see our Security page.
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. The Calendly widget on our Demo page is operated by Calendly, LLC and is subject to their own privacy policy.
We will notify you of material changes to this policy by email and by updating the “Effective” date above. Continued use of RevenueHQ after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
