Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RevenueHQ, a marketing intelligence platform operated by Plowman Capital LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using RevenueHQ on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you and that business.

The service

RevenueHQ provides a marketing intelligence dashboard that aggregates data from connected third-party platforms — including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, CRM tools, phone and messaging systems, and social media platforms — into a unified workspace. The platform includes Cannon AI, an AI assistant that analyzes your marketing data and can take automated actions on your behalf when you configure Autopilot features.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to core functionality. Access to specific features depends on your subscription tier.

Accounts and access

Account creation. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately via our contact form if you suspect unauthorized access.

Authentication. You sign in to RevenueHQ with email and password or Google. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the platform under your identity.

Team access. We can add team members to your workspace at your request. You are responsible for all actions taken by users in your workspace. To remove a team member, contact support.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans. RevenueHQ offers paid subscription plans (Essentials, Pro, Managed) and a limited free offering. Plan details, pricing, and feature entitlements are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Billing cycle. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Billing is processed by Stripe on the date of your subscription start and on each renewal date thereafter.

Upgrades and downgrades. You may change your plan at any time from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Late payment. If a payment fails, we will retry using the payment method on file. Continued failure may result in suspension of your account. We will notify you by email before suspending service.

Your data and integrations

Your data. You retain all rights to the data in your RevenueHQ workspace. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Third-party integrations. When you connect a third-party platform (Google Ads, Meta, Zoho, Calendly, Stripe, etc.), you authorize us to retrieve and, where applicable, write data on your behalf via OAuth or app credentials. Some integrations include write access you authorize (e.g. publishing posts, managing ad campaigns, updating CRM stages). You are responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party platforms. Disconnecting an integration stops future data sync; historical data remains in your workspace until you delete it or close your account.

Cannon AI and Autopilot. Cannon AI makes recommendations based on your marketing data. Autopilot features can take automated actions (such as adjusting ad budgets or posting to social media) only when you have explicitly configured and enabled them. All such actions require your approval or settings. You remain responsible for all actions taken on your connected platforms, including Autopilot-executed actions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use RevenueHQ for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of RevenueHQ
• Use automated means to access or scrape the platform in ways that exceed normal usage
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the platform to third parties outside your workspace
• Use the platform to store or process data in a way that violates the privacy rights of individuals

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice in cases of serious or repeat violations.

Intellectual property

RevenueHQ, including its software, design, AI models, and all content we produce, is owned by Plowman Capital LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

We do not claim ownership of your data or the content generated about your business. Any insights, reports, or outputs generated by Cannon AI from your data are yours to use.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared by the other party in connection with the service. We will not share your business data, integration credentials, or account details with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Warranty disclaimer

RevenueHQ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform’s reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Marketing attribution data depends on third-party APIs which may change, limit access, or return incomplete data. We do not guarantee specific marketing results or business outcomes from using the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plowman Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use RevenueHQ, including loss of revenue, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Plowman Capital LLC and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of RevenueHQ in violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or data you provide to the platform.

Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you have an account. Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform ends and we will delete your data per our retention policy (see our Privacy Policy).

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to contact us at legal@revenuehq.ai and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice by email and by updating the “Effective” date above. Continued use of RevenueHQ after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.
