Connecting Your Accounts
Which platforms you can connect and how each one works.
Plan requirements
Connecting integrations requires an Essentials plan ($99/mo) or higher. Free-plan accounts can view the Command Center but cannot connect platforms.
Self-serve connections (Essentials and above)
You can connect these platforms yourself from the Integrations page. Click Connect, sign in to the platform, and authorize RevenueHQ.
- Google Ads (any paid plan)
- Google Business Profile (Essentials+)
- QuickBooks Online (Essentials+)
Self-serve connections (Pro and above)
These platforms require a Pro plan ($249/mo) or higher:
- Meta / Facebook + Instagram (social publishing)
- Calendly (bookings sync)
- Zoho CRM (lead pipeline sync)
Paste your credentials (any paid plan)
A few integrations ask you to paste a credential or ID directly:
- Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID)
- Google Tag Manager (Container ID)
Team-assisted connections
Some integrations require our team to set up on your behalf. When you request a connection, RevenueHQ sends a setup request to our team.

- WordPress
- Yelp
We will reach out to confirm the setup once it is ready.
Troubleshooting
If a connection fails or shows as disconnected, try reconnecting from the Integrations page. For persistent issues, contact support.
